ELKINS — A Randolph County man has been sentenced to 10 years of supervised probation after pleading guilty to two counts of delivery of a controlled substance.
Randy Junior Snelson, 49, of Huttonsville, was sentenced last week by Randolph County Circuit Court Judge David Wilmoth to two sentences of not less than two, no more than to 30 years of incarceration for two counts of delivery of a controlled substance, a felony. The sentences will run consecutively.
