CHARLESTON, W.Va. — Several workers at a Charleston car dealership were exposed to tear gas Friday.
Workers said someone bumped into an old safe at Downtown Ford at the Patrick Street Plaza, setting off tear gas that was used to protect the safe.
Charleston firefighters and police officers were on the scene shortly after the call came in to Metro 911 at about 9:35 a.m.

MOOREFIELD, W.Va. — State Police aren’t saying much about an incident at a Hardy County gentleman’s club which left a man dead.
According to troopers the Hardy County 911 center was called in reference to a male who was intoxicated and becoming belligerent at the Paradise City Gentleman’s Club in Mathias, W.Va. in the early morning hours of January 3rd. According to witnesses the man left the club, but returned a short time later and got into a fight with the staff of the club.
