HANSFORD, W.Va. — A fatal wreck in eastern Kanawha County is a second major tragedy in the lives of two young girls in recent days.
When Sharon Williams of Hansford was killed in a car wreck on U.S. Route 60 Wednesday night, it left her two elementary age daughters with nobody. Williams’ husband, the girls’ father, died of illness just before Christmas.

LONDON, W.Va. — The Kanawha County Sheriff’s Department has released more information about a fatal accident in eastern Kanawha County.
According to deputies Sharon Williams, 65, of Hansford, W.Va. died in the collision on U.S. Route 60 at Glasgow. The crash happened around 6 p.m. Wednesday evening.
