FAIRMONT, W.Va — A 59-year-old Fairmont woman has been arrested after backing over a man at a local establishment following a verbal disagreement.

Employees of the Bellview Bar & Grill on Pennsylvania Avenue told police they asked Donna Batson and the man to leave Sunday evening after the two got into an argument.

WESTON, W.Va. — The case against the wife of a former youth pastor accused of sexual misconduct with several juvenile females has been continued in Lewis County.
Kathy Radcliff, the wife of John Radcliff II, entered a motion to be continued until February. The same time frame for her husband’s case to move forward after new statements from the victim to police were found.

MORGANTOWN, W.Va. — The truck driver accused in the crash on Cheat Lake bridge that claimed the life of a Pennsylvania man has pled guilty to negligent homicide.

CLARKSBURG, W.Va. – A major investment from the state is bringing significant upgrades to the water system in the city of Clarksburg.
Governor Patrick Morrisey announced a $19 million commitment from the state toward a $50 million project replacing lead service lines and making other improvements.
