Jefferson County man convicted on indecent exposure charge

MARTINSBURG, W.Va. — A Harpers Ferry man has been found guilty on an indecent exposure charge following a two-day trial in Berkeley County.
Ronald Glenn Kisner, II, 40, was found guilty stemming from an incident that occurred on March 4 in the parking lot of the Target store in the Commons shopping center in Martinsburg.
Berkeley County Prosecuting Attorney Joe Kinser said Kisner was sentenced to 1-5 years in prison, to run consecutively to any sentence arising out of an upcoming federal court

WV Symphony to kick-off new concert series Saturday in Charleston

CHARLESTON, W.Va. –The West Virginia Symphony will join local bands this Saturday in Charleston to help kick off their new series, Listen Where You Live.
