FAYETTE COUNTY, W.Va. –A Scarbro man faces charges for alleged arson and attempted murder in Fayette County.

MOUNT CLARE, W.Va. — The suspect killed in a shooting with police following a pursuit with police in Harrison County Tuesday has been identified.
Cpt. Jason Saurino said Tyrell Stephan White of Huntington has been identified as the driver of the vehicle.
“The suspect is Tyrell Stephan White, and the last known address we have for him is out of Huntington, West Virginia,” Saurino said.

SOUTH CHARLESTON, W.Va. — A man was taken into custody by ICE agents Thursday in South Charleston.
Kanawha County Prosecutor Debra Rusnak told MetroNews that a young woman felt like she was being watched and followed by two men while she was shopping at the TJ Maxx in South Charleston Thursday afternoon.
Police were called to the business to investigate, and ICE was then called during the investigation about unrelated information.

PEIA’s financial proposal for next fiscal year includes a 3% aggregate premium increase for both employees and employers and a $200 monthly spousal surcharge increase.
