CHARLESTON, W.Va. — One man is in custody and another man is hospitalized following a Thursday night shooting in Charleston.

Charleston police said they’ve charged Jahtique Farmer, 20, of Charleston with malicious wounding.
Investigators allege Farmer shot Reshawn Bowles of Charleston outside the Little Ceasers near the Patrick Street Bridge at shortly after 8 p.m. Thursday.
Bowles, 30, is hospitalized in stable condition.
Police are continuing their investigation.

CLARKSBURG, W.Va. — A Martinsburg man who was wanted on violations of federal supervised release was arrested in Clarksburg Thursday afternoon after an attempt to flee police.
The United States Marshals Service said Chad Berry, 37, is in custody for violating terms of supervised release following a 2017 felony firearm possession conviction after an attempt to evade arrest from the U.S. Marshals Service Mountain State Fugitive Task Force.

CHARLESTON, W.Va. –One person was injured after being shot Thursday night in Charleston.
The shooting was reported outside of a Little Caesars Pizza which is located near Hills Plaza a little after 8:15 p.m. According to police, a person was shot multiple times.

CHARLESTON, W.Va. –West Virginians will now be able to add their driver’s licenses and state IDs to their Apple Wallet on iPhone.
Governor Patrick Morrisey, the West Virginia Department of Transportation, the Division of Motor Vehicles, and state lawmakers came together Thursday afternoon to launch Digital West Virginia IDs in Apple Wallet.
Residents will be able to add their IDs seamlessly and securely and present them for verification using their iPhone or Apple Watch.

PUTNAM COUNTY, W.Va. –A Texas man who was accused of sexually grooming a teenager from Putnam County has now been charged.
