CHARLESTON, W.Va. — State School Superintendent Michele Blatt has appointed Deputy State Superintendent of Schools Dr. Sonya White as the permanent superintendent of Logan County Schools.

PEIA proposes premium increases for 2026

CHARLESTON, WV (LOOTPRESS) — Health insurance costs for West Virginia’s public employees are poised to rise again next year under a new proposal from the Public Employees Insurance Agency (PEIA) Finance Board.
