ELKINS – A Randolph County man was arrested by Randolph County Sheriff’s Office deputies this week and is facing a lawsuit from the State Attorney General’s Office after allegedly committing fraudulent schemes.
Charles Blaine Simmons, 53, of Elkins, has been charged with four separate counts of fraudulent schemes in Randolph County. He is currently being held in the Tygart Valley Regional Jail on a $7,500 cash-only bond set by Magistrate Mike Dyer.
Simmons has been sued by the State Attorney
