Manhunt Underway for Renick Man Wanted on Multiple Felony Charges

GREENBRIER COUNTY, WV (LOOTPRESS) – The Greenbrier County Sheriff’s Office is actively searching for 52-year-old Jason Roberts of Renick, who is wanted on multiple felony warrants stemming from a March 2025 incident. Charges include grand larceny, breaking and entering, and destruction of property.
On Tuesday, May 6, at approximately 3:30 p.m., the Sheriff’s Office received a report from an off-duty law enforcement officer who believed they saw Roberts outside a residence on Benedict Lane.

Two sentenced in West Virginia drug trafficking case

MARTINSBURG, WV (LOOTPRESS) – Two men from Bunker Hill, West Virginia, have been sentenced for their roles in a major drug trafficking operation that distributed methamphetamine, fentanyl, cocaine, and heroin across Berkeley, Morgan, and Hampshire Counties.
Andrew Ross Hose, 40, received a 293-month (over 24 years) prison sentence, followed by five years of supervised release.
