Police investigating animal cruelty incident caught on video

CLIFTON FORGE, VA (LOOTPRESS) – The Clifton Forge Police Department is investigating an incident involving alleged animal cruelty after a video posted to social media appeared to show a man striking a dog with a stick.
According to police, the video was posted on October 13, 2025. Officers conducted a well-being check on the dog involved, and the animal has since been located.
