CHARLESTON, WV (LOOTPRESS) – As of Monday, nearly 300,000 Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) recipients in West Virginia will not get their November benefits.
The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) posted on its website Saturday that November benefits will not go out unless the federal government reopens.
