CHARLESTON, WV (LOOTPRESS) – The Public Service Commission of West Virginia on Friday authorized the merger of two Logan County public service districts, but made it contingent on the transfer of certain outstanding bonds. The merger includes both water and sewer customers.

Woman Charged with Hit-and-Run Death After Mistaking Pedestrian for Dog
